There
can be no refund of monies in part or in full.
A subscription, once paid for, must be allowed
to run for its entire duration without interruption.
A
lapsed subscription that is paid within three months
of its expiry is deemed to be renewed and not new
for price discount purposes.
Any
discounts or other incentives that may be offered
are available until 31 December in the year in
which the subscription starts or is renewed.
Time
limit for back issue claims: three months.
